4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through approved international payment methods. Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once training sessions begin, except in cases of proven technical or service failure attributable to TALK&ROCK. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing before the effective start of the service.Once the service has started, no refund shall be granted, except in cases where the service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to TALK&ROCK.

All platform content, including lessons, exercises, videos, documents, and course structure, is the intellectual property of TALK&ROCK. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited..

Your data will be used solely for educational service delivery, communication, and improvements.
